The problem: every new client adds another set of tabs
Most Indian D2C agencies start with ads and creative, then get pulled into everything around it: the client's website is slow to update, orders arrive on WhatsApp and Instagram DMs, the founder asks you to "just add this product", and a COD order needs confirming before the courier is booked. None of that is billable work, and all of it needs a login to a different tool per client.
The result is predictable. Delivery slips because someone forgot which client's WhatsApp number is paired to which phone, ad performance is read from a screenshot, and when a team member leaves you reset passwords across a dozen systems.
How an agency runs client stores on CatalogHub
Create one organisation, then a store per client
Your account is an organisation. Add a store for each client inside it. Every store keeps its own catalogue, orders, customers, WhatsApp number, Instagram account and Meta ad account, so client data is never mixed.
Invite your team with roles and store access
Invite teammates by email as admin or member and limit each person to the stores they work on. An account has up to five team seats by default. Removing a person revokes their access to the client stores.
Build or import the storefront
The AI site builder creates the store from the client's brand and products, and you edit it by chatting with the operator instead of opening a page builder. Payments (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayPal, partial COD) and shipping (Shiprocket, Delhivery) are set up per store.
Connect the client's WhatsApp and Instagram
Connect the client's WhatsApp Business number and Instagram account once. Auto-replies, order updates and comment automation then run on that store automatically.
Plan and monitor Meta ads from the same chat
Connect the client's Meta ad account and ask the operator to plan a campaign or report on spend. Anything that spends budget waits for an approval click from you or the client.
Check all clients on one dashboard
The organisation dashboard rolls up store-level sales and order metrics across your clients, so a Monday review is one screen rather than ten exports.
What is live today, and what is not
Live today
- AI website and store builder
- Multiple stores and team members under one organisation
- CRM with WhatsApp and Instagram conversations in one inbox
- Instagram comment replies and product DMs, WhatsApp auto-replies
- WhatsApp bulk campaigns with opt-out handling and quiet hours
- Meta ads planning and reporting
- Razorpay, Cashfree, PayPal and partial COD; Shiprocket and Delhivery
Be aware of
- CatalogHub is in private beta; agencies are onboarded by invitation
- Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads and Instagram/Facebook post scheduling are not live yet
- How many stores one account can hold depends on the plan, so tell us your client count when you join
- You pay for the platform per plan, not per ad spend. Plans are on the home page, and every onboarded store gets a 14-day free trial
WhatsApp marketing is built with Meta's anti-spam rules in mind: STOP replies are honoured, bulk sends avoid late-night hours (9 PM to 8 AM IST) and the sender is paused automatically if Meta flags the number's quality as poor. That protects your client's number, which is the asset you cannot replace.
A client-style store that Google already finds
House of Dharaa, a fashion label, runs its store on CatalogHub. In 30 Jun to 29 Sep 2026 its storefront received 10,866 Google clicks (source: Google Search Console). That is the kind of result a good store build earns without a separate SEO retainer. Read the case study.
Already referring clients instead?
If you would rather hand clients over and be paid for it, the partner programme pays for onboarded sellers. Running the stores yourself through an organisation account is a different model: you keep the client relationship and the retainer, and CatalogHub is the tooling underneath it.
